  • Server Port: 993

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  • Username: Your full email address

  • Password: Your email account password

  • Outgoing Mail Server: SMTP-server.***.rr.com

  • Server Port: 587

  • Encryption: STARTTLS

  • Username: Your full email address

  • Password: Your email account password

POP3 settings:

  • Incoming Mail Server: POP-server.***.rr.com

  • Server Port: 995

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  • Username: Your full email address

  • Password: Your email account password

  • Outgoing Mail Server: SMTP-server.***.rr.com

  • Server Port: 587

  • Encryption: STARTTLS

  • Username: Your full email address

  • Password: Your email account password

Note: Please replace the "***" in the server names with your specific region code (e.g. for New York, it would be "NYC"). Also, please make sure to enable authentication for the outgoing mail server.

You can use the same settings for Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail/ Mail Application, or For MAC Mail.
